Joining a team

Tap the invite link your coach sent you.

If you use Team Ready Sports from your Home Screen:

1. Copy the invite link.
2. Open Team Ready Sports.
3. Paste it in Have an invite link? Paste it here.
4. Tap Join.

Alerts aren’t coming

iPhone

1. Open teamreadysports.app in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Open Team Ready Sports from your Home Screen and turn on alerts.

Android

1. Tap the lock next to the web address.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Tap Allow.

Leave a team or delete your data

1. Open your team.
2. Tap My duties.
3. Scroll to My kids.
4. Tap Leave this team or Delete my family’s data.
5. Confirm twice.

Delete all your data on this phone

1. One team on your phone: open your team and scroll to the very bottom of the Team tab.
2. Two or more teams: open All teams and scroll to the very bottom.
3. Tap Delete all my data on this phone.
4. Check the list of teams, then type DELETE to confirm.

This removes your family from every team on this phone. Coach teams aren’t deleted here.

Open Delete all my data on this phone

If you added Team Ready Sports to your Home Screen, open it from there instead. This link only finds teams saved in this browser.

Archive or delete a team (coaches)

1. Open your team.
2. Tap the Coach tab.
3. Open Archive, clear or delete.
4. Tap Archive this team or Delete this team.

Archive hides the team and keeps everything. It becomes read-only, and you can restore it any time.

Delete this team permanently erases the team’s families, kids, phone numbers, messages, alerts, links, schedule and money. You confirm twice and type the team name. Only the main coach can do it, and it can’t be undone.

Archiving or deleting a team doesn’t free up a team slot on your plan.

Coaches

Lost your coach link, need to move a team, or want a team deleted? Email us from the address you use with your team and include the team name.
